doodie.com doodie.com

Doodie.com is a website that is exclusively dedicated to displaying cute, colorful animations of poop doing funny things. The range it exhibits is simply amazing: animated poop, people pooping and animals pooping are all elements of its magical menagerie, and cannot help but delight scatophiles the world ‘round. Unto itself, this is not wholly remarkable, but it’s a powerful statement about modern taste and economics that this sort of thing can entertain thousands and gainfully employ the artist responsible for its whimsical renderings.

To be perfectly fair, artist and writer Tom Winkler certainly puts in his share of effort — the site is updated regularly and many of the animations have wit, creativity, and visual zest that transcend mere potty humor. A clean interface and working archives also add greatly to the site’s appeal.

While those who believe that there’s no accounting for taste may find ample evidence at doodie.com, the rest of us should be thankful for the golden opportunity to revel in the very finest in electronically transmitted dookiebombs.
