Aemilia Scott
Aemilia Scott went to sleep in New York City and woke up in Chicago, Illinois. After she got her bearings she began training at The Second City studying improvisation and sketch comedy. She also trains at I.O. Chicago, Second City's lesser-known but more fundamentalist cousin, and The Annoyance Theatre, Second City's creepy uncle. She currently performs with Jazz Hands Across America, Chicago's hippest musical theatre improvisation ensemble. She just co-wrote a musical with her fellow Jazzers entitled "WARFIELD, USA."
In addition to singing and dancing for a better tomorrow, Aemilia enjoys writing. She currently maintains the website Your Civic Doody, written by her alter ego, Bianca O'Blivion. She also writes with the sketch comedy group Afterschool Special, and their show "Use Your Inclusion" is running in Chicago.
Aemilia loves to cook and to eat, and if you come to Chicago, she will make you dinner or take you out to one of her favorite restaurants for mussels in white wine sauce. She has just learned to drink Miller Lite, so if you would prefer Wings-n-Beer she will also take you out in that capacity. Basically, she'll take you out. Out of your mind, man. Out of your mind.
Hum a few bars, and she'll give your head a whole new pair of shoes.
