Like a yearbook signed out of season, a team of five Flaksters welcomes in autumn by bidding adieu to one of summer's greatest delicacies. We deconstruct the cased, spice-laden oddity that is bratwurst bit by bite. Bratwurst, we don't understand you, but we celebrate you — reluctantly, sure, but always with salivating glands.
